“When my shoes arrived I loved them. They fit perfect and they were so comfortable. The company was recommended to me so I was overall very happy with my purchase. However.... after 13 days of 12 hour shifts, the patent material began to bubble on both shoes. I contacted the website to tell them this and sent pictures. Communication was great and I had a response within 2 days. I sent my shoes back to be looked at. The response I had was not to my satisfaction at all. I was told my shoes had been in contact with a substance of some sort which is why they have bubbled this way. I work as security in an airport. No substance had been near them. I hadn't even cleaned my shoes. So they said they couldn't issue me a refund and sent the shoes back. I am so disappointed in the customer service and with being told I am a liar (not directly but that is what is being implied). I am a bit of a shopaholic and with over 100 pairs of shoes and many of them being patent as well as previously having patent shoes for work, I have never had this issue before. Your reviews are great and I am glad many people have had lovely shoes from you but unfortunately this was not my experience and I am very underwhelmed with how I have been treated.”
