“Ordered online 2 pairs of winter boots a week before Xmas which arrived promptly and before Xmas. Unfortunately one pair was too tight and the others were uncomfortable due to the heel height being too low for me. I returned them to the store on New Year's Eve and by the time I had got home, I had an email to say the money had been refunded into my account. Super speedy service, hassle free. I will order again from Clinkards in the future as the boots were excellent quality.”

“I have already been in touch via email with you. The Birkenstock slippers arrived in a box that had clearly been badly damaged, was taped up and barely containing the slippers. You refunded me 15% of the price immediately, so I thank you for that. But your warehouse/postroom staff should not be sending out products in that condition.”

“Very good service and fitting from a friendly and helpful lady in Shrewsbury store when I was returning the trainers I had bought online. Because I hadn’t extended the laces before trying them on, I mistakenly thought they were too narrow for my feet. A huge thank you to the salesperson for helping me to fit the trainers properly.
