“A lovely shop with very helpful and friendly staff. I think it's tragic it's closing down, not many good shoe shops about and surprising as this is such a large shopping centre. I think one fault of the shop has been its size, not able to show a fuller range of products and being a shoe shop most people like to try on in the shop.”

“I ordered some Rieker trainers fro Charles Clinkard which were delivered promptly. Unfortunately there was a mark on one shoe. I contacted customer services and the issue was dealt with just as promptly. Jan (who dealt with my call) was courteus and efficient. The return label was emailed to me at no cost and the replacement trainers deliver the next day. Outstanding customer service.”
