“Charles Clinkard caries a great range and their website is easy to use. The trainers I ordered were lovely but unfortunately very narrow so would have been uncomfortable. I think online shoe retailers should advise customers re width as well as size. The ordering and returns processed are straightforward and I would not hesitate to order from them again.”

“The shoes and slippers I ordered were great as the last order I had was. delivered on time and well packed. However I was extremely disappointed to find that the shoes Gabor Amulet Size 4 . TThey are comfortable and as I have a couple of different colours in this trainer I wold reccommend them.”

“Very happy with the whole experience, staff were all very helpful ! . My Sister bought a pair of boots and walked out of the shop in them ( having paid) then we walked around town for the whole day she was very happy. 😊 I also bought a pair of boots which were delivered to my home for my husband to give me on my Birthday- which hasn't happened yet. I look forward to seeing them again on Monday 25th! As ever thank you for great service.”

“I had bought some boots online from charles clinkard but unfortunately they were slightly too narrow. I visited the shop Newcastle upon Tyne and the service and staff were first class. A refund was processed and I tried on the Gabor Rachel and Gabor Oslo boots and took some time deciding as both were a really good fit and look. Staff were amazingly patient helping me to put on and take off boots various times. Chose a pair and I am delighted with them. Thank you to the amazing staff”
