It did not give me the chance to reply directly to the applicant and copying the cover letters were way time consuming. I would rather prefer to receive the application on my email and directly reply back to the candidate and receive both CV and letter attached.

Found it relatively simple to place job advert. Very pleased to have Judith get in contact re a potential access issue, shows org is on the ball!

Very low response to our job advert (which I don't think is solely down to Charity Jobs but down to the employment market in general at the moment). We've found the platform very expensive however Matthew our account manager has been courteous and friendly. He encouraged us to upgrade our package but as we are a very small charity, this is not feasible at the moment.

We've advertised with charityjob for a number of years, and were rarely, if not ever disappointed with their service. Our Account Manager has been on the ball throughout, taking good care of us and our advertising needs. Thank you!

Dealing with Jules Keene is always a joy and she is a pleasure to speak to, her enthusiasm is contagious. She has some great advice and tries to help out where she can, even when we get zero applicants. She's very attentive and makes a point to follow up on anything she is working on. The website can be a bit fiddly to navigate but Jules is always on hand to walk you through everything. Cannot fault the service I have received to date.

We use Charity Job because they produce a range of suitable candidates, their website is easy to use and their prices are affordable for a small charity!

I needed help, once advert had gone live, to update the link that applicants click on to get to the right page of our website. The response was really speedy and they sorted the link issue out.. Thank you.

It was the most expensive platform that we have used and we were encouraged to move up our package and we had no acceptable applications.

Hi Rebecca, It is disappointing that despite your fundraising role receiving 960 views & 14 applications, some were unsuitable whilst the remainder didn't respond further. I know you've now spoken to your Account Manager about the ad performance & trust the advice he's given you regarding salary levels for this type of role was useful. Really disappointed with the response to the ad. One applicant. Though I don't know if this is the fault of Charity Job or not or just the wrong platform for the role but my experience has meant that I probably won't use Charity Job again.

Hi Gary, I know that our Account Manager has now spoken with you and advised on using an alternative job title for your role which is a more appropriate match with the salary. It has been ok. Most of the applicants we got through Charity Job applications were not suitable for the job however, and many had no relevant experience and did not submit a cover lette.r
