Contacted CharityJob as I was having difficulty in putting my job onto the online template. This was much more my issue than the template!! I rang up for some help and Ishi spent an hour with me getting it just right. Ishi was so patient and professional I would not hesitate to use them again. Lets just hope the right candidate applies for my job!

When I needed to update something on my account and emailed the team, the response was so quick. If I'd been just as fast responding myself it would have been sorted within the hour! Extremely helpful. Thanks Beverly and the IT people😊

I'd like to thank the warm and friendly team at Charity Job for taking my call and guiding me through step-by-step the entire process. I was initially a little panic stricken when calling, but that very quickly disappeared when speaking first to Beverley, then Ishi. It's comforting to know that such people exist.

Dear Maddie, I’m very sorry to hear that you felt the concerns raised with us regarding a charity currently advertising on our job board fell on deaf ears. Within two hours of receipt of your email we replied to explain our position as a job board and gave clear instructions on how to seek resolution with the charity directly or failing that, how to contact the Charity Commission to pursue your complaint. We have used charity jobs for our recruitment for many years. We always find that it is straightforward to post vacancies. The dash board is intuitive which makes it easy to sort through applications. The account managers are great at keeping in touch and always available for help and advice.
