Hi Tamsin, It is very disappointing to hear that you did not manage to recruit to your vacancy through CharityJob. I believe your account manager (Jules Keene) did contact you to discuss your ad performance at the time your ad was live, but I will ask her to contact you again to discuss this in more detail. “The recruitment dashboard is very easy to use, and has useful features. Responses from the support team were also very prompt. We recruited successfully for one role. The second role is proving more difficult to fill, we received fewer applications, all unsuitable, and some completely irrelevant. Might be useful to put some filters in place to make sure only serious candidates can proceed to submit their applications.”
