The recruitment dashboard is very easy to use, and has useful features. Responses from the support team were also very prompt. We recruited successfully for one role. The second role is proving more difficult to fill, we received fewer applications, all unsuitable, and some completely irrelevant. Might be useful to put some filters in place to make sure only serious candidates can proceed to submit their applications.

Charity Job generated more responses than other recruitment platforms we have used although most of these were external to the UK and unsuitable for the post being advertised. However, we have succeeded in recruiting one new trustee and are about to interview another.

It was really easy and straightforward to advertise our vacancy with Charity Job and staff were incredibly helpful and responsive. We also got a really good field of candidates.

Whilst Matthew was very helpful in the current climate it was a complete waste of time and money advertising the position. We had 1 response from our enhanced advert who was not suitable for the role.

Quick and friendly support. Completely understand that everyone needs to make money and this is such a great database, but might there be opportunities for small charity rates? Thanks for all you do!

Needed help with posting a job and the experience was great, immediately connected with an account manager that answered all my questions, gave me a number of options to choose from and swiftly emailed details over for consideration as time was of the essence.
