“Would rate 'Good' in terms of using the site and customer support offered. However, this time (June 2021) we had to chase a response from our dedicated account manager with regards to a change to to the advert. So, this time round, we're rating it 'adequate'. When I finally managed to speak to someone, their service was very good.”

“It was in April 2014 that this advertising agency placed our first advertisement with CharityJob and since then we have received fantastic customer service. If a member of the team is not in the office, there is always someone else to offer assistance and advice which means we can get back to our clients quickly and efficiently with the information they need. Special thanks to the whole CharityJob team and especially to Judith and Beverley who often go above and beyond when we contact them.”
