Very poor service.. No one picks up customer service phone. No order confirmation. For a moment I was afraid that my order would not be shipped!

Given that this company has gone into administration I'm not sure why they are asking for a review! watch was returned for a refund which cant be processed now.

I lost my earrings and had insurance. When i attending the store the customer service man told me the earrings were no longer available. I had to replace them with something else. I went online an found the earring which i then placed an order. I spoke with Saadi in the wembley store whom granted me to insurance the earrings. The man in the store lied about the closing time on New years eve when i called then lied about the earrings being out of stock. Not sure if i shall return to the store in the near future. I have spoken with customer service on the phone whom stated they will investigate the matter but not sure of the outcome of my complaint.

Sadly they don't offer a refund, so if the item isn't liked or wanted you can't get your money back. This is archiac customer service. The service I recieved on instore was good and professionsal, shame about the outdated policy.

Great products, disappointing service. I ordered an amber necklace as part of an order which I wanted to collect whilst visiting the UK on a trip back from my usual home abroad. I received an email the following day to say it wasn't actually available - permanently out of stock - and I would be issued a refund. I contacted customer services to ask whether a similar item was in stock, as my time available for collection of the posted item was small. It was not, but I was told it would be available three days later and to let them know if I would like to order this and I would be sent a code for free delivery. So far so good. I replied to say that I would like to do this - and never heard any more. So no pendant (which I needed for an outfit to match an existing pair of Chapelle earrings), and no idea whether if I order anything again for someone to bring over for me whether it is actually going to be available after I have paid for it. Not impressed. Sad, as they have beautiful products.

I ordered an ice watch for my partner. I then waited three days for my item to arrive only to be sent an e-mail informing me that the watch that I had chosen and paid for in full was actually not in stock. I was asked if I wanted to chose another watch from the collection. There was no other watches in the collection that were the same price. I had no choice but to choose another that was more expensive and told that I would have to pay the difference. This I thought was very distasteful and inconvenient. The process was stressful and the staff quite abrupt.

Products were great, what they don’t say is that 48 hour tracked means nothing as it took a week and a half! They have to order in from other stores. I emailed to query why I was having to wait and that’s the response I got. Didn’t refund my postage though and it’s not on their website. Won’t use them again

Fast delivery of my casio edifice watch. But got a little disappointed when I unpacked it. looked like it had been opened before. There was no shape getting film protection either on glass or strap, lacking labels on the strap that can watch various video on the internet. But hurts to have to send it back.

Good afternoon, Unfortunately if the item is purchased from our site then we may have to receive this is from one of our stores and will meant the tags will no longer be present with the item, not all our suppliers provide us with watches that have the film over the bracelet. I still haven't received a shipping confirmation for an order I placed on the 14/1. I emailed on the 18/1 querying this and have not yet received a reply to that email. I do not know the whereabouts of my order.

Not impressed with the service at all the products purchased are excellent and great price but it's the lack of knowing when the item was being dispatched no info on courier or who was delivering it and I sent an email to customer service and to this date still haven't heard from anyone. Although I now have received them but I do appreciate it's a busy time of the year but not having the basics worry's consumers if whether there items are going to arrive safely.
