Very unhelpful services staff, watch purchased send without guarantee card, as well as paid for brand new item and have been send ex-display one. No compensation or apology whatsoever. Avoid at any cost. Yes - you might get a bargain but on what cost.

Every birthday, Christmas & excuse I can get I go to Chapelle to purchase gifts & for myself also. I got a ring last Christmas from my Mother & had to return it twice as a diamond appeared missing / on its side. A couple of weeks ago I went to pick it up & to my horror the 9ct gold ring which cost over £300 had no hallmark inside. The lovely assistant explained it had fell through the net at the assay office. This now means in the new year I have to return for. 3rd time with the ring for it to be sent away again. Very disappointed bring and inconvient running back & fire. I had ordered another ring which also has came but it’s too small only just a few weeks back from online but I will now have to pay another deposit for a new order and try to refund this one. There’s quite a few others I’d like to try but having to pay a deposit for them all isn’t a great system I find. I am hoping someway faith is restored in Chapelle.

I ordered what I assumed were Canadian Ice Diamonds as per the web site. Upon receipt they were not branded in any way to reflect Canadian ice diamonds and they also had no certification of authenticity. Very poor.

Good afternoon, All our Canadian Ice jewellery has now been re-branded due to the company who supplied this brand has also been re-named and taken over by another business. They no longer are supplied with the certificate. Kind regards, Connor.

Goods were as expected but paid for gift wrapping and but arrived unwrapped Received an apology and my wrapping charge refunded but nothing for the inconvenience My wife loves the jewellery, a token gift voucher would have been nice and would have definitely been spent Again the product itself is great and delivery was fairly quick it’s just the missed wrapping that disappointed

Sold me a Sekonda gents watch via ebay, the stainless steel strap was tight, and extended as far as it could go, normally i have to take 2 links out, so i asked for 2 links and was fobbed off!! he said in email to contact Sekonda uk..as a professional who successfully handled high ticket vehicles in a previous life .. to me this attitude was a totally wrong way to conduct business, a satisfied and happy buyer is all important to any business whether one's selling SEKONDA or ROLEX..sekonda may be more accurate!!!

The product that I ordered wasn't in stock and had to be ordered in from a store, I was emailed and informed of this but when I called to enquire when my purchase would be despatched the lady I spoke to was rather arrogant and despite having the order for over a week couldn't actually say when it would be despatched. I think I'd rather use a big chain in future.

The item I ordered was supposed to be dispatched in 1-2 days, or if it was going to take longer, then I should have had an email letting me know. After a week of waiting, and no contact, I emailed Chapelle jewellery to find out where my watch was, but got no reply. A day or two later, I submitted a query via their website asking them to let me know when the item would be dispatched or refund me the money (which incidentally, was taken as soon as I had placed my order). I eventually received an email from Royal Mail, after about 9 days, letting me know that my watch would be delivered by them the following day. Love the watch. Terrible customer service.

I ordered a birthday present on 30/10/17 and asked for 24-48 hr delivery. After I have ordered and paid for the item I was email to state that the item was not in stock and would not arrive at head office until 08/11/17 which was 4 days past the birthday date that I had wanted the gift for. If the item was not in stock it should have stated so on the website, it was eventually after several emails delivered to me on 08/11/17. I will not use Chapelle again as it took over a week to get the item that I ordered in the belief that it would arrive within 48 hrs- you are prompted on ordering which delivery option you want. Amazon or John Lewis for me I am afraid - unless I am reassured they get there stock management sorted out? Thanks. Sam Barnes

The necklace is perfect...it’s a replacement for one I lost. Processing and delivery time is very poor. At time of purchase it stated 48hrs. In fact it took well over a week to arrive. Sorry but don’t think I’d buy with them again.

I decided upon a watch as a gift for a dear friend and found it available at chapelle online, I phoned my local store who didnt stock it but offered to get it transferred in, this offer I accepted as it meant I could view the watch before purchase. It duly arrived the following week and I made the 40 mile round trip to collect it, but it was not in its presentation box!! The assistant rang the sending store who said it was missed (why you would send a watch without the presentation box I dont know) and would be sent on the following week's delivery....so I waited another week...still no box! I finally gave up and ordered online...so much easier!! But even that wasn't to plan, the web clearly states a dispatch email would be sent (so i knew when to expect delivery) this didnt happen and i ended up collecting from the sorting office. This was my first and sad to say my last experience of shopping with Chapelle,... I just don't need the hassle!!

Paid for special next day delivery (before 1pm) but they only used the recorded delivery service which is cheaper price.therefore the item was not delivered by 1pm which I had paid for.very angry and disappoint

Lack of communication when I asked as to when I could expect my item to be posted. No one returned my question as to when my item would be posted until after 48hrs. And even then you only informed eBay as to why there was lack of communication. Not good enough.

I can see from your order that you messaged Saturday morning, however as our offices are open Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm we didn't receive the message until Monday morning when we responded. Ordered a watch, was then sent an email to tell me the website had messed up and the watch was out of stock. Phoned up and was told as soon as it was back in stock it would be shipped out and the company would pay for next day delivery. The package was not upgraded to next day delivery messing up my plans for a birthday present. I was then told the package was not upgraded to next day delivery. I do not reccomend

I Recived an email telling me they had all been sold, and none to be had, so ordered an alternative precent elsewhere and what happened, yes my watch arrived, so have now got 2 watches, not happy, and no good sending back as she likes both, so double the expenses

I am sorry if our email caused any confusion. When your order was received by us, we also received an email from you asking to notify you when the item was back in stock. As you had already made a purchase we thought you were intending to purchase another one and at this point we had unfortunately sold out. This is why we messaged you to say that we had no more stock available but that your original order has been dispatched. If you would like to return the watch to us then we can of course issue you with a refund so long as the watch is in its brand new unworn condition. Sadly, the watch I bought looked as though it had been returned, fixed (badly) and resold..However, the communication with them the quick and efficient return made up for it and I would use them again

I placed my order on 30 December 2016, the money was debited from my account on 3 January but I didn't receive my goods until 11 January. It was a birthday present for my sister and when I called to chase up the order on 6 January I was advised it had not yet been dispatched, as an apology I was refunded the £3.50 postage, I was also assured the goods would be with me on Tuesday 10 January unfortunately they didn't arrive until Wednesday 11 January.

It DOES NOT WORK, I left for several hours at his watch to sunlight but the battery or battery does not charge, unfortunately I threw the return forms, I have the impression that the watch has a serious defect fabbrica.In waiting for solutions also because the cost is not light.

Hi there, I'm really sorry to hear this. We do check all our watches before dispatch. It is probably because the watch was stored in darkness so it just needs a very strong initial charge - after this it will charge through normal wear. As it is winter, if you pop it under a bright lamp for up to 24 hours this should be sufficient.
