Delivery received in Denmark in 7 days. OK. Difficult to verify, that the watch is neither radiocontrolled nor powered by a solar cell.

I do love chapelle jewellery however a few items Iv had to return a number of times - doubting the quality. However with a friendly service I stilll continue to visit!

Ordered a gold chain with initial but returned it as I found the chain was very slim and would break easily. Quick refund through PayPal. I think it’s better to actually see what you’re buying as opposed to a website.

Lovely bracelet and good quality. Only let down with the purchase was that the website stated that it was in stock but it wasn't. I had to wait just over a week longer for it which wasn't ideal as it was a gift required for a specific date. They did email me about the delay and again when it was sent. It would have been nice to receive a good will gesture of free postage or a discount on another order because of the delay. That said, I would still use Chapplle again but would put my order in way in advance.

Really bad service. From the delays, to the misspelled name, to the delivery in a pastic bag and not working customer service phone number, i should give a rating of ZERO. The only reason I am giving a rate of 3 is that, luckily your company has a brilliant lady in customer service. Joanna went above and beyond to try and fix a pretty messed up situation. Her calm, professional way was very much appreciated. So thank Joanna and the good will gesture you should send me for such abismal service, please give your lovely employee.

The 9ct gold earing were a bit disapointing very very small stone and not as vivid in colour as advertised

The ordering was easy and when the bracelet did arrive it was lovely. However having paid for 48 hr tracking get an e.mail the day it should have arrived to say it would be another week. As it was a wedding present I needed it by a certain day and was assured I would be notified when it was despatched. I didn't get the notification had to e.mail again. However it did arrive on time and was lovely. Customer service just needs tweeking a bit.

Disappointed really. This was a gift for my newborn granddaughter. The response was good and craftsmanship was good as well. However they spelt the name wrong. It was spelt Esme should have been Esmé as II put on the order form.

I ordered black pearl earrings on line then was told they were out of order but would be dispatched the following week. . As I particularly wanted these earrings I did not cancel the order but was a bit annoyed as I had paid extra for the express delivery.

the necklace is very thin and had a knot in it and took ages to undo.so was not very impressed

Very fast delivery, an easy website to navigate. However I have to say I was disappointed with my purchase. The online photo really enhanced the diamonds and the reality was somewhat disappointing. Had I seen the earrings in store I would not have purchased but I cannot return as they are a pierced item.

Good value for money, but the delivery service is a nightmare. They don’t tell you that ‘next day delivery’ option may take about a week and they do not notify you once the item is dispatch or if there are any delays delivering the item.

Very happy with the purchase process was very smooth. Less happy with the purchase, wonderful how a zoomed in photo can give you unrealistic expectation. So for me case of once bitten, twice shy
