I ordered an ice watch for my partner. I then waited three days for my item to arrive only to be sent an e-mail informing me that the watch that I had chosen and paid for in full was actually not in stock. I was asked if I wanted to chose another watch from the collection. There was no other watches in the collection that were the same price. I had no choice but to choose another that was more expensive and told that I would have to pay the difference. This I thought was very distasteful and inconvenient. The process was stressful and the staff quite abrupt.
