“Easy to order and prompt delivery. I was a bit worried as the box was marked fragile but was a bit bashed when it arrived. Luckily there was plenty of padding inside so the lights were not damaged.”
“Easy to use website - cheaper than a lot I looked at. Good product details and delivered on time with DPD with 1 hour delivery slot emailed/texted on the day - fantastic!”
“The light fitting is lovely and reasonably priced. It was packaged very securely...took ages to unwrap all the chandelier droplets. Unfortunately one was broken but after a quick phone call a new droplet was ordered and dispatched. I was dreading having to package it up again!”
“I received two items perfectly packaged and am delighted with the results thank you, would definitely deal with Castlegate again if I need any lighting”
“We visited the showroom which has a great selection to chose from and staff available to help with product details. Our choice was delivered free to our home address direct from main supplier within 48 hours.”

“Lights came before due date. Very well wrapped and packaged. Units as described on the web site and look fantastic. Just waiting for the electrician to put them up. Well recommended for service”
“The 5 stars are for the excellent service provided by Castlegate, I had a few questions about my order as it was a present i was forwarding on to France. The staff I spoke to on two occasions couldn't have been more helpfull, Delivery was next day (although I asked for it be sent two days later) again no problem a note was put on the order and I received the parcel on the day I had asked for it. Would highly recommend Castlegate”
