“I ordered a couple of things for Christmas which duly came faster than I imagined possible - one was damaged - so with trepidation I informed them and asked for a replacement. a reply came by return and the return and replacement was arranged with equal speed and thus our Christmas was perfectly lit without any hassle....strongly recommend this company to all users!”
“I bought two lamp shades, they came in 3 days which was great, packaging was good, the only down side for me is the colour, they are called linen grey but we?re more of a minkey colour but still go with my decor so that?s ok. The communication from the company was very good.”
“My second purchase from this company, no hassle ordering, clear and concise instruction about when my order would be despatched and I found the order tracking reassuring. First order I received quality of the items was very good, Second order in transit at present. Very pleased.”
