“I bought a Tiffany style light fitting and needed confirmation that the company could deliver to my address, I don't live in the UK. They were very helpful and kept me informed of the progress of the order throughout my purchase process. When the light fitting arrived it was REALLY WELL protected. Thank you Castlegatelights for being an excellent company to buy from.”

“The item delivered was in a timely fashion, unfortunately the glass shade had a chip. I contacted Castlegate and they very promptly sent a replacement. Castlegate are a good company to buy from with excellent customer service, i would recommend Castlegate without hesitatation.”
“Excellent service and product and at a fair price. Unfortunately one glass shade was broken on receipt but a replacement shade was quickly supplied without any hassle.”
“I am always weary about buying on line, but have to say I am so pleased with both shades, they came promptly & packaged very well. Would recommend to anyone, a very happy customer.”
“I was really impressed with the customer service I received. Although my order was dispatched promptly, there were unfortunately some issues with delivery (DPD). When I sent an email to report this to Castlegatelights, it was dealt with swiftly and efficiently, and I subsequently received emails and phone calls to update me on the situation. This was greatly appreciated, as in my experience, it can be difficult to sort out problems with online orders. The light fittings finally arrived intact, thanks to the careful packaging, and I'm very happy with them.”
