“The outdoor light I had ordered was delivered really quickly (2days) and I really liked the light itself, however, the glass had cracked either in transit or by the over-tightening of the screws to the fixture. I rang castlegatelights and spoke to a very helpful and friendly lady who, with no hesitation, apologised and said she would ship out a replacement glass. It came with 2 days and now the light is up and we are very pleased. The service, product and price were all excellent.”

“We purchased 4 large "medieval" light fittings, they arrived at the specified time, extremely well wrapped. Once unwrapped our electrician noticed one light had not got the chains it needed, a quick phone call to Castlegate Lights and they were sent in the post that day, with no fuss.
The lights look beautiful up and are of a very good quality. We will use Castlegate Lights again.”

“Firstly About Castlegates Liights, there services wasnt the best I had to ring them serveral times to get the lights delivered each time they made some excuse why they had not been sent out, but when they did come they were well packed and in good order, secondly the lights themselves aren't stainless steel like described but just a stainless steel trim on the front, also the lights have filled with condensation, so the bottom cover is now filled with 1 inch of water, so for the price of these light they are not the best only time will tell”
