“I ordered three small lampshades for a candelabra - they arrived promptly but one of them did not match. I sent photographic evidence to Castigate of this. I had a reply the same day saying that a matching shade was in the post. It arrived the next day! Great service, thank you!”
“This company provided a first rate service from the point of order to the day of delivery. The item was well packaged and dispatched free on overnight priority delivery. I was also kept informed throughout. It was a pleasure to do business with Castlegatelights and I would recommend them to others without reservation.”
“I wanted a Tiffany light for my very tall hall way. An Edwardian house needs the right accessories and this meets the bill very well. I am decorating my hall around the colours in this light and it is looking very good indeed. The uplight shows the patterns on the Tiffany light to their best advantage. We are very pleased with the purchase.”
“Due to our builders failing completely to produce any light samples for the exterior of our house renovation I took on the task myself and found the Castlegatelights site. It is by far the most comprehensive and quite easy to navigate. In the end I placed the order by phone and the assistant was knowledgable and helpful. Full marks”
“The company was quick to reply to my order, letting me know how my order was progressing. Also good tracking on my parcel gave the time slot to within 1 hour! I am very satisfied with the hole process Thank you”
“Web site had what I was looking for, Delivery very quick, safe and secure. Only problem is that 1 bulb has already gone on the lights only after 2 days so having to order bulbs.”
“Usual story - old lights had 'died' and my family were due in 48 hours for our early Christmas - panic! Was able to talk to a real person! They were helpful! I was assured that my new lights would be delivered the next morning - and they were!! The quality is excellent. Full marks!”
“Friendly helpful staff made my search for the product required so easy I would certainly use your company again and would not hesitate to re commend to anybody else”
