“I found the website to be extremely accessible and easy to filter and navigate, and the ordering process was smooth. I was communicated with from ordering to despatch and delivery; being notified to the hour of when the delivery would be made. The light fittings were delivered exactly when Castlegatelights said they would be, and were extremely well packaged. And to top it all, we love the light fittings. Excellent service.”
“Colin at Castlegate knew his products; I felt comfortable that I was dealing with a person who would care about his customer - unlike some other lighting websites I visited. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Castlegate and Colin. Everything arrived on the date promised - the only missing item followed the following day.
I'm extremely happy.”
“I chose Castlegatelights after reading other purchasers' positive reviews. I found their website very easy to navigate and clear. My order was dispatched promptly and I was kept informed as to its progress. It arrived quickly and was well packed. I would definitely recommend Castlegatelights and will use them again in future.”
“Would recommend. Castlegate lights also supply free bulbs with each order which was good. We ordered from a competitor first time round and whilst they price matched they didn't supply bulbs. Every little helps eh.”
