“Delivery was quick and on time. Along with the light switches and sockets I also ordered a dimmer switch. The electricians fitted all switches/sockets and the dimmer switch, however after a while the new lights started to flicker. Luckily they had a spare dimmer in their van and swapped the components with my dimmer and it worked. Can only assume it was a faulty dimmer switch. Would have been very annoying to have to return it at a cost to myself and then re-order another - at another cost to myself and then get the electrician back out!”
“I?ve not actually put the chandelier up as yet as the room is still being decorated! However I can comment on the ease of ordering and quick delivery which was excellent! The Chandelier looks great and seems good value for money so looking forward to it going up when the room has been completed.”
“This is the second time we have ordered from Castlegatelights. They are always prompt with their deliveries and offer an excellent after sales service.”
“Ordered several wall and ceiling lights, all delivered promptly and within timescale promised. Quality of the lights were high and appeared more expensive than purchase price. On checking all items I did noticed a crack in the glass shade of one of the wall lights however, on contacting Castlegatelights to advise them of this I received an immediate response informing me that a replacement would arrive within five days (actually came in three). I would not hesitate in recommending this company and its products and, most certainly, will be using them again.”
“Well made and gives an excellent warm white light from the LED bulbs. Easy to fit. Used it in a bedroom where the ceiling is a little low so the shallow depth works well.”
“Bought a set of Premier Xmas lights for next year. Replacing an existing set. Excellent price. Excellent service keeping me informed of delivery progress. Impressed with service. Would recommend and would use again.”
