“Ordered a mirror from Castlegate on a Saturday and it was delivered the following Tuesday. The mirror is exactly what we wanted and arrived in perfect condition and it now takes pride of place on our living room wall. This contrasts with a very bad experience we just had with Exclusive Mirrors who we paid £170 for a similar mirror. EM told us there was a delay in delivery repeatedly before finally advising they'd gone bankrupt and therefore we could not have our money back. If you want a quality mirror quickly buy from Castlegate.”
“Order dealt with very promptly online. Had emails to confirm order and when order despatched ,and arrived on the day it said it would. Very satisfied.”
“Very pleasant and helpful salesperson. I needed confirmation on the size of a particular part of the light fitting, I was given a call back with the information within 5 minutes. With post and packing in the price of the product I would definitely buy from them again.”
“My first purchase through Castlegate Lights. Excellent service and product range. Competitive prices and free deliver (over £50) - I couldn't find cheaper. I called Colin for some advice on the lights I was considering. He was very helpful and, once my query was resolved, he sorted my order there and then. The lights were delivered within 2 days and were extremely well packaged to prevent breakage. I even received an email specifying that the delivery would be within a particular be hour slot - it was! I have no hesitation in recommending and will definitely use again.”
“Excellent customer service, very responsive, answered emails quickly, and kept in communication. Delivery was equally quick and also they kept me informed of when it was dispatched, the date it was due to be delivered, and what time slot on the date, and if I wanted I could re-arrange the date or arrange to have it left with a neighbour or collect it, whichever was more convenient. Excellent service all around.”
“Unfortunately one of the three lights we ordered arrived damaged. The customer services department was excellent and arranged for a free exchange the next working day. No drama! Would happily use again.”
“Product not yet in use so no comment. But this is the ONLY company - to my knowledge - which not only gives a 2 hour time band of expected delivery time - but also keeps to it! Impressed”
“We received our bathroom cabinet very quickly and it was very well packaged and kept me informed all the time so very impressed and will recommend and use again”
“Very speedy service; ordered one day, delivery the next! The lights look fine; I shall not be putting them up until the room is ready. I will remember your company for the future.”
