Offer voucher turned up within the two week time period stated and with a full, personal letter rather than just a with compliments slip as I would have expected - thought that was a nice touch. I then decided it would be nice to have a matching ceiling light in an adjoining room and ordered and paid for this light online. A few days later I received an email from that supplier saying the light was now discontinued and offered alternatives or a refund. I telephoned Castlegate and spoke to a very pleasant young man who confirmed they did indeed have one in stock. I therefore placed an order there and then.
