“Two great products provided in super quick time. I had to ask for some technical information beforehand and Castlegate went to the manufacturer, sourced the information and came back to me the same day, great communication. Finally I had a manufacturing fault on one of the items I ordered and Castlegate resolved the issue on my behalf immediately, impressive customer service.”
