“Excellent service from Castlegate Lights. Table lamp ordered was despatched very quickly and received in good condition. Unfortunately I had to return because it was not suitable but Castlegate refunded purchase price promptly. Would definitely buy from this supplier again.”
“Very disappointed so far. I ordered a ceiling light system and a pack of bulbs. The bulbs were then delivered by a courier (later than they said) but no lights! I received an email from Castlegate stating my order had been delivered. Tried to call, got voicemail. Sent an email three days ago and I'm still awaiting a response. Poor customer service, and I have still not received my lights.”
