“Very bad customer service and impossible to get hold of through the phone. Bought quite a few new lights from other companies and had very good experiences, this company however was a nightmare. First light sent out didn't work properly, couldn't get hold of them through the phone so sent email saying I was buying another one as couldn't get through to them on the phone but that that one was faulty. They ignored my email and sent another one out which I had to tell them to cancel. I also had to chase them for a refund for the faulty one sent back. My second purchase arrived with the glass cracked. Paid twice the electrician to fit it and the company didn't seem to realy care about all the inconvenience caused. Have ended up with a cracked £216 light which will not last as it is quite a deep crack. Was ignored multiple times through email and when they eventually answer their customer service is appalling.”

Plenty of e-mail notifications. Dispatch within an hour and arrived by courier 1:30pm next day! Well packaged.
