The lady i spoke to was very efficient she said that they did not have it in stock but would check with the manufacturer and get back to me. Within about 5 minutes she rang to say it was available and would be with them next day and they would dispatch to me straight away and I received it the following day.”
“Unfortunately the lights I had chosen I was unable to fit because they hung too low. I had reduced the cables of one of the fittings during installation, making that fitting non-refundable. I explained that the manufacturer's fitting instructions were unclear and Castlegatelights took it up with them.
