“Delivery was a bit longer than expected so check with them first if you need it urgently - good customer service, communication was good when I asked if it had been sent .”

Dear Customer Thank you for your review. We do advise 2-7 days for delivery just to cover any delays, though find most people receive their order within 3-4. The order is shipped from our Swiss warehouse which is why it has taken a little longer to reach you than anticipated. “Bought a cartridge from this company, which turned out to be a remanufactured product. This was not made clear in the ad. The cartridge did not work correctly and I spent some time trying to get the printer to work properly, cleaning the print heads etc. When I tried a new HP cartridge all was ok. The one good point was that when I made a complaint, there was no quibble from this company, a refund was made immediately by a very helpful guy called Stephen. I will probably buy from this company in the future, but only new cartridges.”

“i was partly responsable for ordering inks that were not suitable for my printer, even though I did state I wanted proper Epson inks. iwould have thought cartridgeshop would have contacted me to advise me they only supplied " compatable" not genuine.”

I can confirm that the order was for the compatible cartridges rather than thee original Epson ones. We supply both Epson cartridges as well as the compatible ones. “hp300xl lasted about 6 months before becoming faulty (cartridge error). Used to print no more than 50 pages in this time. You do the math whether it actually comes cheaper than genuine.”

“Prices and delivery are good, quality of tanks is hit and miss with several tanks spurting ink as soon as tab is removed or even leaking in the pack before opening. Some have been returned for replacement, which is handled well, but that does not help when you are out of ink. Better QA from supplier would improve things.”
