“My recent order for a black cartridge for a Kodak ESP C310 printer was delivered quickly enough as I hadn't exhausted the old one yet, but would have been slow if I had been without a useable one. In the past I have bought cartridges from my local Tesco Extra, but on this occasion they only had twin packs of colour and black cartridges.”

“To date 21st May 2020, I have not received the ink cartridges which were purchased on 05th May 2020. I indicated Acceptable ,based on the current situation we are undergoing at present , but do have expectations that things will improve soon.”

“I cannot give you 5 stars as I've had problems when I've ordered the compatible Cannon PG-540XL Black Cartridge due to the ink not flowing allthough it is full. But I will give you 5 stars for customer service as you have replaced them free of charge.”

“The day I bought the cartridges, it was the best price available. Ordered on a Sunday, despatched on a Tuesday, arrived too late for me to print out documents I needed for travelling 10 days later (8 working days). On the plus side, I now have spare cartridges when I need them that were bought at a good price. Though the price has since risen, so maybe they were priced so low in error.”

Dear Customer Thank you for your review. I can confirm that your order was despatched from our warehouse on 21/02/2020. We do advise 2-4 days for delivery, but sometimes, things do take a little longer. I can see during this time, some orders did exceed this timescale for delivery due to localised flooding. Hello, Thank you for your review and I am very sorry for the time this took to arrive. We do advise that we dispatched from a warehouse in Switzerland.
