“Easy to order. Prompt delivery. Cartridge fit and worked first time BUT the red light stays on saying cartridge not fitted correctly. Still it works ok.”

“Service is fine but the clone cartridges would not work in my epson printer so rather than buy the real ones I bought s new printer with real ink. It was cheaper than just the ink.”

“have not used the cartridge as yet. but concerned that plastic head moves and if this product is faulty can I seek refund”

“I usually find the cartridges excellent value but the latest order has been disappointing. The colour is poor and the black print sometimes difficult to read. I've checked my printer but it seems okay. I'm using a lot of paper and print trying to get it right.”

“Wanted to buy branded cartridge was recommended none branded. It took ages to arrive and was a lot of fuss to get printer to use cartridge that was sent and printer still flashes to say problem with cartridge.”

Good Morning, Many thanks for your kind and positive review of the Canon products purchased from ourselves. Unfortunately it can occasionally happen where the Cartridges will continue to work as normal despite not showing an ink level, this is due to Canon themselves preventing the printer from reading any ink levels, however we guarantee the compatible Cartridge to last as long as the Original Cartridges do if not longer. “Cartridge appears to be a genuine Epson one, but delivery not the quickest, and no info about delivery date is given when ordering. Took 5 days, in which time I had to buy another cartridge from a local store as I needed to use my printer.”

“Was recommended a cheaper cartridge that was supposed to be compatible. Unfortunately it wasn’t, but refund was processed quickly. Just meant I had further delays in being able to print!”
