“Was good and fast just wish that there was at least a confirmation email stating that the parcel has been dispatched and is on the way. This would be excellent other than that, a great service.”

“It took over a week before I received my cartridges by post. I cannot comment how good they are because I have not used them yet. What I can say is they are considerably cheaper than genuine cartridges. Lets hope they work ok.”

“Messy process using the ink bottles to refill. Took so long to align the cartridges. Thinking for a small amount of occasional printing may suit me better going to a printers. Slow delivery”

“Recently I have made a purchase and when it was confirmed by e-mail I discovered that the Items was to be posted to the wrong address. I replied immediately and pointed out the error and gave the right address where the goods were to be posted. Several days later it was discovered that in spide of the warning still the goods had been posted to the wrong address. This tells me the inefficiency of your organization and that particular transaction will probably be my last one. Regards”

“The cartridge took longer to arrive than I expected and the cartridge package was damaged. I could probably have bought this for the same price from Curry's so there was no advantage to buying it online but I needed it quickly and couldn't get out to shop for it. So disappointing that it didn't arrive more promply”

“Cartridge did not work properly, print was not consistent and the low ink warning symbol lit up after a couple of prints, your customer service was excellent in resolving this issue, still waiting for the replacement to arrive so therefore I do not know if my expectations will be met”
