Ordered ink as I was out they sent them with Everi the sevice from Everi is abomable as most peopleknow they have said they woul send by DPD so jury's out

Confusing advert: it led me to expect 2 XL cartridges, but I received XL colour and L black.

Left me with a new cartridge I am unable to use in my printer or return to you because I opened it and found it didn't fit. Yes, i ordered it but with all the very confusing codes I mistakenly ordered the wrong one. now I find you won't exchange it for the right one! Fail to see where customer care comes in! As a 77yr old pensioner, I would have expected a little more flexibility. I don't have the budget for another one so thanks to your 'rules' my printer is unuseable in the near term.

I'm sorry that you were sent a cartridge which was incompatible with your printer, and had to open it to find this out. I understand that it can be especially difficult to find the right one with the different codes. I apologize that we cannot exchange it for the right one as per our returns policy. Unfortunately but as this has been opened and removed from all it's packaging it is no longer in a sellable condition and therefore wont be able to accept this back I'm afraid. Cartridge arrived quickly however, before it did, I had pushy phone calls and emails from the company asking me to choose their own brand over what I'd ordered, before they posted my order out. I won't be ordering from them again unfortunately.

I was a big dissatisfied when ordering two full sets of replacement cartridges and the GY one was missing. When I queried this I was told that it is little used so not included. So not a full set then!!! I will go back to my previous supplier ax this wasn’t made clear when ordering and the GY was the one I required.

Good morning Paul. Thank you for your review. I'm afraid my colleague was indeed correct, there are different combinations of cartridges available for your Canon Pixma MG6350, each designed to meet different customer's printing needs. The multipack you ordered doesn't contain the Grey cartridge but there are other combinations that do or it can be ordered individually, the link below shows all of the options available. https://www.cartridgeshop.co.uk/Ink/Canon/Pixma/Pixma-MG-6350-Ink-Cartridges I hope this helps to explain why you may have selected the wrong multipack in this instance. I have used the Cartridge shop on previous occassions and have had no problems. Unfortunately, this time around, I have still not solved the problem of my printer accepting the ink cartridge. The instructions I received from the cartridge shop, to try and solve the problem, were the instructions contained in the cartridge ink box, which I had already tried, so I am no closer to resolving the problem that I started with.

SERVICE GOOD - BUT MY PRINTER DOES NOT LIKE CHEAPER INK VERSION I PURCHASED. HAVING DIFFICULTY PRINTING . WON'T RECOGNISE NEW BLUE INK INSTALLED

I feel the colour cartridge sent the first time had been used as the packaging had been open and there was no instructions leaflet inside. The replacement was fine

I bought 2 ink compatible with Cannon model. Print quality was extremely bad. Terrible and gutted. I bought compatible ink once before but that time it was ok. I am not happy with this.

good delivery service Unfortunately these cartridges do no not show amount of ink remaining like the original HP cartridges do. Maybe say half the price but last only 50% of the time compared to the original HP cartridges. Am therefore keeping with the original HP cartridges in future ....

I have been purchasing refurbished cartridges from 999. Inks, I thought I'd try the cartridge shop refub inks. I wish I hadn't, the black doesn't work despite doing all the troubleshooting, The colour doesn't look like the colour I'm printing. As they offer 100% satisfaction guarentee, I received a full refund for both cartridges. I won't be using again.

Service superb, prices great. However, the H-78 Colour Premium Cartridge is very disappointing. I’m on my third one in as many weeks. Never had a problem with your stuff before, a rouge batch? Alan McDonald
