“I bought a geniune Epson black cartridge from you to try to avoid the temporary inconvenience of my printer telling that it has detected a non-genuine cartridge. it worked well for a week untill the printer came up with old chestnut again. however, this time i was less successful in resetting the machine and getting on with my day. i phoned Epson for their advice and their only help was to promise to put me in touch with a repair shop (which they didn't actually do). i insisted that it was Epson responsibility to help me get THEIR printer to talk sense to THEIR cartridge using THEIR software. the answer was a lamentable 'no. can't help you'. i didn't get an invitatioin to review their performance. i guess that you already know about this, but do you think that there is anything we can do to expose these people?”

“I ordered the wrong cartridge for my printer. When I emailed Emma responded promptly explained the reason why the cartridge did not work with my HP+ printer. Refunded the cost. Really excellent customer service.”

“I have used this Cartridge Shop for several years, to replace cartridges for my Canon Pixma TS3355 printer - they have always delivered very promptly and when my most recent order had a problem......my printer didn't recognise the cartridge - Sam from Cartridge shop responded to my issue within an hour and resolved it for me.....which is why I will keep using this company, as they have very good customer support.”

“I hadnt ordered cartridges in a while and when i ordered them last year - I'd receive the ink cartridges within a few days but the last time i ordered an ink cartridge - it took about a week for it to arrive., which was a bit frustrating because i needed it urgently.”

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I have located your most recent order and can see that because you ordered at the end of the day on a Friday and then the weekend followed, unfortunately your order did not leave our warehouse until the Monday. Once with the courier, I am happy to see that it arrived 2 days later. Please note that we advise dispatch within 24 hours, and the most deliveries arrive a couple of days after this.
