The servi e from Cartridge Shop has always been great! However they are badly let down by their choice of Evri as a delivery agent. I found my last delivery at a house at the other end of our road. So Cartridge Shop, get a new delivery partner.

Sadly, my entire experience was RUINED by the apalling delivery service provided by EVRI. Our house has a specific, precise post-code yet EVRI repetedly failed to make their promised communications and delivery (We made sure to be in for the various advised delivery slots). Cartridge Shop staff were completely helpful. Product excellent.

I can never activate the discount codes you offer in your emails and lately the quality of ink especially black is poor. But I know it’s not my printer which is less than a year old. Makes me wonder why I bother and pay the extra £20 HP charge buts that’s life

Installed the cartridge and the notification on the printer to tell me how much ink I had left said it was almost empty. This was xxl cartridge only printed about 20sheets for the printer to tell me it was low. I've never had any problems before as I use these all the time.

You are always offering 10% off but only on compatibles whic don't always work and tend to mess up my printer. No discount on genuine ink cartridges. Delivery very fast excellent on that.

Seems like a cheaper way of buying cartridges but I have come across a few black cartridges that are just not up to scratch. The printing comes out smudgy, bleary and broken - I clean and align the printer heads but the only way to solve this problem is changing the cartridge. I do wonder if it's a false economy.

As I said last time your service has always been excellent...next day through my letterbox...this time it was 2 Nd day...not a problem but thrown over my back garden gate ..as Evri think is acceptable and it isn't especially as it's what ever the weather...if Royal mail can find the letterbox, very easily accessible ,at the front of my house why can't they😡😡😡😡

The blue non-HP cartridge keeps blocking up and constantly needs to be cleaned every 2 days A replacement one does the same I will stick with HP in future from the cheapest supplier.I cannot be bothered to complain Generally Cartridge Shop is good Steve L

Happy with the service generally but lower score as the price seems on the high for both proprietry and other brands. also too many advertising Emails which are annoying

Ordering easy, delivery quick, unfortunately one of the cartridges is causing an error code on the printer. Other 2 work fine

Normally an excellence service, unfortunately, the delivery was left half a mile away at a completely different address so not delivered the next day.

Ive purchased several cartridges and 3 black ones have failed to work 2 saying empty when they were straight out of the packing I will not be purchasing any more from you.

HP361 cartridge will not work in printer. Keeps saying "not compatible". Have tried everything but will not work. I had HP351XL previously and that was OK, so not happy

Delivery times are random, sometimes good, sometimes not so good. I bought recommended compatible cheaper printer ink some months ago which failed to be compatible. When I emailed to bring to your attention...no response ever received!
