“HP361 cartridge will not work in printer. Keeps saying "not compatible". Have tried everything but will not work. I had HP351XL previously and that was OK, so not happy”

“I think the cartridges are too expensive and wished I had looked into this before I bought the printer!!!”

“Delivery times are random, sometimes good, sometimes not so good. I bought recommended compatible cheaper printer ink some months ago which failed to be compatible. When I emailed to bring to your attention...no response ever received!”

“Good prices and delivery on new inkjet cartridges, but as far as I'm aware no policy on recycling spent cartridges and just not interested in offering to trade in unused cartridges if you need to buy a new model of printer”

“Cartridges dispatched late on the evening of purchase. Arrived at Royal Mail distribution depot the next day, but then didn't go anywhere for several days. Finally delivered at least 3-4 days later than predicted, can't be certain exactly when as they arrived while I was away. The product itself meets all the requirements expected.”

You can opt down/reduce the amount of emails you receive in your account - you can do this by logging into your account and clicking on Manage Marketing Preferences. Then opt down to the following options for marketing emails - weekly, fortnightly, monthly, every 3 months. “Acceptable/good service, however, the product did not work ad I had to return it for which the shop had it collected at their expense and I got the refund the very same day. It's a pity the printer did not work as I liked the compact little printer, but HP insist on this INK FOR FREE and it is not very easy to connect to the internet with those vague instructions.”

“Didn't get the dual colour and black ink combo I thought that I had ordered. Colour was XL but black was L not XL I thought I had ordered. Sneeky.”

“Were the cheapest I found for genuine HP cartridges... but only via an online search - the price changes if you go directly to their site, which I think is a bit off.”
