I hit the reorder button on a recent email and was sent the wrong ink ! I received ink from an old order and not from my most recent order. The ink I received was for an old printer that has been scrapped. Totally poor in my opinion.

Neither set of your expensive cartridges work on either the Brother printer nor the HP Envy5640. Waste of money, now I need a full refund before I return them & buy genuine refills.

Your ink cartridge appears to be OK but I have only given you 1 star for the appalling delivery service. I work from home so the delivery is made to my home address. Unfortunately you use Evri who don't care if the goods are delivered safely or not. The courier didn't bother to ring the doorbell and left the parcel hanging out of the letterbox for anyone to take! This is the second time this has happened. I don't think I will be purchasing anything from you again whilst you use the worst courier in existance!!!

This is the third time the cartridges for my canon MP600 have been delivered and all cartridges had the microchip missing. The returns were easy and thge credit made. I have however tried a new supplier with great success. Paul

The colour cartridge will not operate, almost as though the cartridge size is slightly out. It is allegedly the correct size for my printer. I have successfully reinstated the old one as it still has some ink left. This suggests there is no problem with the printer.

I have never had such a bad experience as this before and never had the need to write a bad review. I would normally consider only writing good reviews. Their customer relations is appaling. I ordered various inks for my printer around 18 months ago with two inks of the same colour for the future on some colours. The printer does not get heavy use so the first problem was when one ink was proved to be faulty and would not work. Cartridge shop kindly replaced it. 18 months after the purchase the second same colour ink was also faulty but Cartridge Shop have refused to replace it. There stance was it is out of guarantee. So much for good public relations and a gesture of good will. I have brought the same colour ink from a different retailer and their ink works fine, which goes to prove the inks I brought were faulty. I understand because they come in sealed packages, Cartridge Shop would have been unaware they were faulty but they are refusing to be helpful. To customers reading this review, think carefully who you buy inks from and don't get caught out and ripped off like I did, Steve Woolven

I can see you have been in contact with Customer Service already and as stated unfortunately the Epson Original cartridges are out of the 1 year warranty given by Epson. I would recommend only purchasing cartridges that you know are going to be used within the warranty period. If you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us. I received a black cartridge which was included in the pack but was not recognized by the Brother printer and hence could not be used.

I bought compatible cartridges for our office printer Ricoh Aficio. All the colours worked fine but the yellow one showed “deplated” shortly after using it. I ordered another one and it did the same. The cartridge is full inside but the printer shows deplated and my printer stopped printing. I contacted the customer service and they just wasted my time by asking printouts as evidence which was impossible as my printer is not printing. Just a waste of time and money! Never again. I will only buy original cartridges. Stay away from compatible options.

I went with Cartlidge Shop because it stated that the Cartlidge printed x amount of pages; more than the previous one I'd ordered from Amazon. When it arrived I was disappointed to see it was the same size as the Amazon ones, and therefore printed the same amount, but cost almost twice the price.

Ordered on the Friday for next day delivery, which should have been the Saturday, got an email saying there was a problem and i wouldn't get it on the Saturday, now got an email saying still a problem so i wont get it today the Sunday. Joke of a company, wont be using these again.

Recently purchased HP 932xl and 933xl ink in August 2023. All ink received was out of date and dated September 2023. A very poor show. Especially as they were £100 each for 4 cartridges per pack. Never again.

Supplied a cartridge said to be compatible with HP Deskjet F4580. The printer did not recognise it and it was therefore useless.

Everything far too overpriced compared to even a few years ago. I know - covid, the war in Ukraine, heard it all. Your prices must have trebled since the last time I shopped.
