Dear Customer Thank you for your review. I can see that your order was placed on 10/02/2020 after we finished despatching. Your order then began to process in the normal way for being sent out the day after, as did many other orders. Unfortunately the black cartridge then sold out temporarily and more stock was received on 12/02/2020. So to not cause any further delays in the product becoming available to buy by removing it from the website and then having to rebuild the product to advertise again, it was decided to allow it to remain on the website as the delay was very short. “Ok. Nothing to say really. I did see the same item a lot cheaper in Sainsbury's a few days after I received my order and it did seem to take longer to receive the item than I expected.”

“They seem to have delivery problems. My latest cartridge took over a week and that's too long. My previous delivery last year was far quicker.”

“Good quality of cartridges, however delivery is very slow. Over a week for them to arrive is a bit long if you need them after getting a printer warning that you're ink is low.”

“Cheap product and quick delivery. However very disappointed with quantity of prints. Only lasted for half as long as I expected. Might go back to paying higher price for real deal.”

“I have a HP printer and thought i would try the cartridge shop alternative but to be honest it has messed my printer up and i cant get it to work even after purchasing HP cartridges will try a few more times but think if i replace it i will stick to the correct make .I purchase these from yourself and they have always arrived quickly in good condition so no problems there”
