1. Your canvassing emails are too frequent and therefore overly intrusive. 2. Your efforts to trick me into accidentally buying non-Canon inks are unnecessarily boring. 3. Your website is, for an elderly new-comer to internet purchasing, difficult to navigate. 4. However once these difficulties have been surmounted your speed of order execution is excellent.

Sadly, the compatible cartridges did not work, which was a lot of wasted effort for only a 5% saving. By which time the genuine versions had sold out. I'd like to say Very Poor for performance, but I am assuming I'll receive a refund soon.

Whilst I have no complaints about your quality of service, the price of ink cartridges are SCANDALOUS!! It must be the most expensive liquid in the world at the moment!!

Good afternoon, Thank you for your review. The majority of our compatible cartridges are purchased from China, as a result of the Corona Virus in Europe, the collection of empty cartridges, the main component used in manufacturing, has been severely impacted but is now levelling off. The cost of empty cartridges in China have therefore increased. In addition to the above, we have received a 5% increase in postal costs in recent times. If you take these price increases and currency fluctuations into account, you will see that we have not passed all of them on to our customers but this does mean that any further discounts will be limited. I hope that the above explanation will satisfy you, and you are reassured that we are trying to maintain the best prices and quality for our customers. I ALWAYS BUY THE MANUFACTURER'S ORIGINAL INKS AND THE CARTRIDGE SHOP HAS GOOD SUPPLIES AND SERVICE. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE IS POSTAGE COSTS HAVE TO BE PAID, WHICH IS A DISADVANTAGE COMPARED TO MY OTHER INK SUPPLIER.

Thank you for your feedback The reasons for the delivery charge are, that costs have increased significantly over the last 12 months, fuel surcharges increasing and the increased use of environmentally friendly packaging. Whilst we are doing our best to stay as competitive as possible, we can no longer provide a free service for deliveries at this time.

Delivery OK, but after 1 month and approx 220 copies of pretty standard text, usage shows black cartridge down to ~20%. Cartridge is marked 305XL, I ordered extra large capacity: have you sent me the right one? You say I should get ~1000 copies from XXL. Comments please. Regards, John Longworth

The cartridges received seem to be working well with the printer. I do not use the printer a lot so I do not know whether the number of pages specified on the cartridges will be achieved. However, the delivery process left a lot to be desired. I received an email confirming the dispatch date with no tracking reference so I have no idea of the delivery date. And it turned out that the delivery was on the next day with no one at home so I have to go to the Royal Mail collection office, which is another story.

Get a bit annoyed at companies wanting to know how they did! You supply ink cartridges, I ordered cartridges, you delivered them. Not rocket science. You did what you were expected to do.

I have used Cartridge Shop for many years but recently have had regular problems with faulty or non-functioning compatible cartridges which have leaked, not worked at all, etc. I received one credit on a purchase, then a discount voucher but feel that you are no long the high-quality, good-value supplier of a few years ago.

Thank you for your review and I am very sorry you feel the price is expensive on the genuine HP products. Unfortunately, the prices on these are set by our suppliers with this being Original and we have very little margin on them I'm afraid. I apologise again for any inconvenience caused. Regret that after 2 weeks HP has managed to block the use of non-original ink cartridges. Until then print was as good as if not better than the original HP. But 2 weeks is not good enough

Quite satisfactory but the web site is confusing. Try as hard as I could I was unable to order an XL 551Y cartridge - I received the smaller size cartridge

Ink arrived. It’s ink- not much to say there. However took way to long to be delivered. Nearly two weeks is fairly long turn around for delivery of such a small item.

I keep getting asked to comment so here goes. I buy my printer ink to have spares, so I haven’t used these yet. So I can’t comment on the product. That said, it seemed a very competitive price, which is why I chose them. I ordered, it was delivered in good time, so great.
