“Should not be faulted as it is based in Stoke on Trent. Although, in an ideal world, a steel works, which used to occupy the site, would be better for the economy, if not for printer cartridges.”

“Cartridge was damaged prior to delivery via ParcelForce, although it was well wrapped. Quick phone call to Alison in Customer Services and a replacement has been dispatched.”

“I've been using Cartridge Shop for quite a number of years, and have been happy with their prices, reliability and fast delivery times. Only had a problem with one of their HP compatible cartridges - it was dealt with efficiently and a replacement sent very quickly. Excellent aftersales service which is important. Thanks.”

“I orderd a 202XL cartridge unfortunatley it was faulty. I rang the office spoke to Phil who arranged a replacement this was ok .Splended service from Phil and the team lty”

“Great service. Site very easy to navigate. Matches printer with appropriate cartridges, gives a choice of cartridge combinations, multi packs or singles and manufacturer. Very impressed with delivery times. I have used this 'Shop' on numerous occasions, never been disappointed. The inks are very good quality, works well with photo finish.”
