“Cartridges not compatible, order consistent of two different makes. One make worked fine and the other showed end of life. Colour prints were blurred as they failed to align and they stopped the printer from printing the calibration sheet. Placing three original Cannon cartridges printed the calibration sheet and after completing the calibration it printed as normal. The other issue on training the cartridges, I was told that the money would be in my account within five TD working days. This is not true as the package was stuck with Evri. On calling cartridge shop, they told me they can only start the refund one they have the package returned and they allow up to 28 days for Evri to get the package back to them. In the end, they did the right thing by refunding me before receiving the package and I was only out of pocket for the postage costs so just under £5.00 plus three agro of repairing the cartridges and taking them to a Evri collection point.”
