“I ordered own brand ink bottles for my Epson printer. Delivery was very good, the next day I think. The inks were well packaged and arrived undamaged. I cannot comment on the quality of the ink because I have not yet used them. I would certainly use again.”

“Long term customer of Cartridge shop, always very satisfied with their prompt service. Had a problem this time with a new cartridge and Melanie in Customer service very promptly dealt with it, gave clear instructions on how to fix the issue and it worked. So thankyou Melanie, all is well now and back to printing with ink.”

“Always a quick, efficient despatch. DPD not good! I was in all day they didn't ,come just dropped off parcel at post office other side of town! Not the first time this has happened, not just with you. Thought you should know.”
