“Good quality inks and prompt delivery”

“The products cant be faulted in my opinion, but the choice of courier used to deliver them leaves a lot to be desired. EVRi the courier on every occasion I have experienced a problem this time package was left outside on a wet night, time before package was left at a neighbours house and sticking out of letter box on display for all to see. Cartridge Shop wrote to me about my complaint on the last delivery and quite wrongly stated that I should contact the courier firm directly or leave feedback on the EVRi site to the effect that I was not happy. Your contract is with EVRi Cartridge Shop and you are legally oblidged to investigate a customer service problem "ITS NOT THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILTY" As long as Cartridge Shop continue to use EVRi I will not be buying from them anymore THIER LOSS!! Kenneth Runagall”

“I have been buying from Cartridge Shop for a few years now. Service is quick, consistent and prices are competitive so I will continue to use them. My only criticism is that they tend to use Evri for their deliveries and the Evri service in my area is utterly dreadful. Looking on the positive side I get to meet lots of new people as I walk around the area knocking on doors to try to find where the parcel was left!”

“Much to our surprise, after filling out another review on Trust pilot about a HP compatible ink cartridge sadly not working in our printer = we had x2 emails from cartridge shop. One was from Melanie at their customer services, she has been very efficient and helpful in the matter. We never expected nor asked for a replacement cartridge, we accepted the one sent just didn't work. We have been buying from The Cartridge shop for several years & not had any issue before. We had ordered the correct cartridge but our printer was not happy to accept it. Melanie and the Cartridge Shop are extremely kind & fair and they are sending a replacement. We could not have asked for a better service and we thank Melanie for all her help. 👍”

“Great prices and very easy to order as I am reminded what I need for my printer and offered a choice of ink type, cartridge type and quantities required. Swift delivery and it is useful to be able to return empty cartridges for recycling. Top class service all round.”

“Good price, arrived safely in good time, that process was easy and stress free. Getting cartridge into printer is difficult but when it wouldnt work that was disappointing and very frustrating as we needed to print an important letter out to send. As it was I had to then go buy an actual HP ink cartridge at Currys which cost a lot if money. Never had this issue before, having used "compatible" cartridges several times over many years. No idea why we had a problem”
