“In September 2025 I purchased a Canon MF754cdw. On the same day I purchased a suitable set of cartridges from Cartridge Shop. Today, the original Canon cartridges died! I installed the Cartridge Shop items but the Canon threw a hissy fit and messaged "counterfeit" product. I phoned Caroline at Cartridge Shop who soon sorted the problem & explained that their replacements have a 24 month warranty compared to 12 months of the original Canon items. Well done and keep up the good work!”

“Great service from Cartridge Shop. Delivery was a problem as appeared to have switched basic delivery to Evri from Royal Mail. Without fail Royal Mail have posted through door or left at rear door within 24 hours. Evri had too big a cardboard envelope for one cartridge to go through door and went away again. So I had to be there the following day as Evri is useless.”
