“Normally I would have given 5 as the service is very good., but one of the black cartridges from my previous order does not work properly and, despite showing as full, will not print a full page correctly.”

“I placed an order on Thursday & received same on Friday. Unfortunately, only one cartridge was sent instead of two. I phoned & spoke to Sam who immediately arranged for the missing item to be sent, this was received today, Saturday - within 24 hours. Nevertheless, the overall service has been good and I thank Sam for his immediate intervention.”

“Good choice of cartridges and prompt delivery. I haven't used them yet as current ones hnot yet run out. I bought branded Canon as these will be the first not issued with the new printer I bought, and so they were quite a lot of money. I've used Cartridge Shop before and they're own brand cartridges have been bine.”
