“I’ve used this company for a few years now, with no issues, however my last set of cartridges had issues where 3 of the 4 not being recognised by the printer, which still reported an empty cassette. I was expecting issues when trying to resolve the issue, but Lindsay at Cartridge People was excellent! She offered advice and guidance of some fixes, however these did not resolve the issue. Lindsay immediately advised she would send replacement cartridges, without and request from myself. These arrived the following day, and printer is now fully up and running! The true sign of a customer focussed business is how well they deal with issues when they arise, and Lindsay exceeded my expectations! Highly recommended!”

“Always had a good experience buying from the Cartridge Shop. Used them to my old epson inkjet new cartridges and i mean tis an old printer from early 90's. Was hard to get decent cartridges where you did not need a mortgage to buy them, that was until I found the Cartridge Shop. Also buy my neighbour his brother ink cartridges from here too. Very convienient, easy to use and find stuff on the website. Delivery is quick too.”

“Disappointed! The web site showed actual Canon replacements, but when the order arrived, they were generic substitutes! As my printer was out of ink, I had no alternative than to use what appeared to be substandard quality!”

“Been ordering from Cartridge Shop for years and unfortunately on my previous order I received a colour cartridge which would not work, tried to contact them and couldnt get through and no replies to my emails. Dissapointed and now considering other options as there is no support from this company. Edited: Just received a phone call from the Cartridge Shop and they have replaced the colour cartridge. Rating increased from 3 to 5*”
