“Easy to order & very quick delivery. Slightly disappointed that they couldn't swap a black for a cyan in a multipack order as they were all individual items when they arrived. Might be good if slight adjustments could be made with, say, a small additional charge (£1-2). Apart from that, excellent service”

“Installed the cartridge and the notification on the printer to tell me how much ink I had left said it was almost empty. This was xxl cartridge only printed about 20sheets for the printer to tell me it was low. I've never had any problems before as I use these all the time.”

“You are always offering 10% off but only on compatibles whic don't always work and tend to mess up my printer. No discount on genuine ink cartridges. Delivery very fast excellent on that.”

“Excellent service again. I’ve had problems with my temperamental aging printer randomly not accepting cartridges and each time cartridge shop have sorted it out, Si Bennett responded quickly and got me going again after resolving the issue.”
