“I had an issue with a recently ink cartridge I purchased. I contacted the Cartridge shop and spoke with Alison. After trying recommended options to resolve my issue, Alison arranged for a replacement cartridge to be despatched immediately. The service was great, efficient and the process was very easy. I also enjoyed my cup of tea. Great customer service Alison, thank you.”
