“I hit the reorder button on a recent email and was sent the wrong ink ! I received ink from an old order and not from my most recent order. The ink I received was for an old printer that has been scrapped. Totally poor in my opinion.”

“I can never activate the discount codes you offer in your emails and lately the quality of ink especially black is poor. But I know it’s not my printer which is less than a year old. Makes me wonder why I bother and pay the extra £20 HP charge buts that’s life”

“I have just completed an online order for compatible cartridges and have been purchasing my cartridges from Cartridge Shop since 2016. It's always a great experience and my orders always arrive quickly through the post. I needed to amend the telephone number registered against my billing address but without success. I therefore used Cartridge Shop's online 'contact us' form seeking assistance and received an email response from their Customer Services Team (Dave) within six minutes! I was trying to edit the telephone number via 'Payment Cards' instead of via 'Manage Addresses' but Dave put me right. Well done Dave/Cartridge Shop and keep up the great work”

“Easy to order & very quick delivery. Slightly disappointed that they couldn't swap a black for a cyan in a multipack order as they were all individual items when they arrived. Might be good if slight adjustments could be made with, say, a small additional charge (£1-2). Apart from that, excellent service”
