“I have used Cartridgeshop for many years, as my sole source for print cartridges. Over the years I experienced only one problem and that cartridge was replaced immediately. Recently I purchased a new printer, I only order cartridges when I need them. I ordered replacement ones, one work one didn't, I tried all the usual steps to no avail, so I contacted Cartridgeshop. Very quickly Alison responded to establish the status of my printer warranty. Louise followed my response with advice on physically cleaning the print plates of the problem cartridge, that solved my problem I can print again. As the opportunity arises I have no qualms in recounting my positive experiences with Cartridgeshop. Also, I think their "returns" system for depleted cartridges is an excellent idea.”

“Ordered a replacement magenta toner for an elderly HP 2605 LaserJet and an HP78 colour cartridge for an even older HP Photosmart P1000. Both arrived following morning even though I had not asked for next day delivery. Very impressive. Magenta toner worked fine first time. Thank you. Unfortunately HP78 cartridge failed to work at all despite a number of calibrations and cleaning mode application. However once I reported this defect to Cartridge Shop, Lindsay within their customer service team apologised and very promptly shipped a replacement HP78 cartridge which arrived next day and worked 100% correctly. Thank you Lindsay. This company appears to be on the ball, unlike some other recent ink suppliers with whom I had attempted to source the above cartridges but which arrived defective. I would be happy to use Cartridge People again.”

“The live conversation I had with Monisha on Wednesday the eighth of January was both professional and informative.
