“I use this review panel to say thank you to Liam and Sarah for quickly sorting a problem with the delivery service sending the ink we ordered back to them. They quickly changed the delivery service and got it re-sent.”

“Excellent service. Reasonable prices. Used them for many years - always been satisfied albeit with the very occasional dud cartridge - I did mention on those occasions but no response.”

“As I said last time your service has always been excellent...next day through my letterbox...this time it was 2 Nd day...not a problem but thrown over my back garden gate ..as Evri think is acceptable and it isn't especially as it's what ever the weather...if Royal mail can find the letterbox, very easily accessible ,at the front of my house why can't they😡😡😡😡”

“Always purchased genuine cartridges from Cartridge shop, but my last ones were not. Look 4 cleans to get them working, and have to admit, the Black is not as "Black" as the genuine ones, and think the same applies with Colours, but having said that, they are suitable for purposes i need them for”

“I am of an age which hates technology. Louis from Cartridgesave was so very patient and helpful when I had trouble with my card and was not patronising.I have used them for years (much less now) The service is always superb and the staff are polite and understanding. Thank you all”

“Neither set of your expensive cartridges work on either the Brother printer nor the HP Envy5640. Waste of money, now I need a full refund before I return them & buy genuine refills.”
