Couldn't get product to work in my HP Deskjet 3070. Customer service was excellent and tried to resolve, and ultimately provided refund, so 1/5 for the product 5/5 for customer service.

The print quality from the cartridges is excellent but their lifespan is short meaning, that these are in effect expensive. This Canon is a new machine for me and so it may be that the manufacturer is responsible for the short life of the cartridge. However the Epson I had before did not need such frequent cartridge replacements. The service in terms of delivery time and the condition of the products is very good.

They are great for original cartridges, but its not worth wasting your money on their replacement version. Will only buy original from now on.

Dear David, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy in regard to the price increase of our own brand cartridges. The majority of our compatible cartridges are purchased from China. As a result of the Corona Virus in Europe, the collection of empty cartridges, the main component used in manufacturing, has been severely impacted. The cost of empty cartridges in China have therefore increased by 40%. From Monday the 5th of October 2020 we are now shipping all of our orders from within the UK. This is due to an increase in demand for a faster delivery service. What this means to you  -  All of our prices will now include VAT,  and also we are offering a faster delivery service from Standard post to First Class Post.   We’re committed to helping our customers in every way we can when it comes to providing your home or business with printer supplies. The price of my ink replacement cartridge has nearly doubled in the last 18 months. Not very impressed!!

Dear David Thank you for your comments regarding the price increase of your compatible cartridges. Please allow me to explain the reason behind the movement in price. The majority of our compatible cartridges are purchased from China As a result of the Corona Virus in Europe, the collection of empty cartridges, the main component used in manufacturing, has been severely impacted. The cost of empty cartridges in China have therefore increased by 40%. In addition to the above, we have received a 5% increase in postal costs If you take these price increases and currency fluctuations into account, you will see that we have not passed all of them on to our customers. I am sure that once retail and supply chains revert to normal, that price increases will go back to how they were I hope that the above explanation will satisfy you, and you are reassured that we are trying to maintain the best prices and quality for our customers. The cartridges took 13 working days to arrive. And now I can see why they were so cheap - they come from Switzerland at a price of £14.99, 1 penny less than the vat threshold, hence zero vat. I'm also suspicious of the fact that the UK company is registered in Jersey I guess, for tax purposes. For these reasons, I don't think I will be using them again.

The cartridges arrive promptly but after 10 days of only printing two items a day my printer is now telling me it is low on ink!!

Cheaper than HP new .Good service. Rapid delivery. Recent newspaper items on very basic high costs if used constructively in cost cutting would/could result in massive expansion during this change in purchasing on_line boom .

Shopping experience always been good, hence why I continue to use them However my last purchase seems to be of much poorer quality & the cartridge keeps leaking and causing a mess inside my printer / messed print outs
