“Couldn't get product to work in my HP Deskjet 3070. Customer service was excellent and tried to resolve, and ultimately provided refund, so 1/5 for the product 5/5 for customer service.”

“The print quality from the cartridges is excellent but their lifespan is short meaning, that these are in effect expensive. This Canon is a new machine for me and so it may be that the manufacturer is responsible for the short life of the cartridge. However the Epson I had before did not need such frequent cartridge replacements. The service in terms of delivery time and the condition of the products is very good.”

Dear David, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy in regard to the price increase of our own brand cartridges. The majority of our compatible cartridges are purchased from China. As a result of the Corona Virus in Europe, the collection of empty cartridges, the main component used in manufacturing, has been severely impacted. The cost of empty cartridges in China have therefore increased by 40%. From Monday the 5th of October 2020 we are now shipping all of our orders from within the UK. This is due to an increase in demand for a faster delivery service. What this means to you - All of our prices will now include VAT, and also we are offering a faster delivery service from Standard post to First Class Post. We’re committed to helping our customers in every way we can when it comes to providing your home or business with printer supplies. The introduction of this delivery charge has been done so we can make the move to a faster delivery service and we will be continuing to work tirelessly to ensure that we’re offering products at exceptionally low prices. Dear David Thank you for your comments regarding the price increase of your compatible cartridges. Please allow me to explain the reason behind the movement in price. The majority of our compatible cartridges are purchased from China As a result of the Corona Virus in Europe, the collection of empty cartridges, the main component used in manufacturing, has been severely impacted. The cost of empty cartridges in China have therefore increased by 40%. In addition to the above, we have received a 5% increase in postal costs If you take these price increases and currency fluctuations into account, you will see that we have not passed all of them on to our customers. I am sure that once retail and supply chains revert to normal, that price increases will go back to how they were I hope that the above explanation will satisfy you, and you are reassured that we are trying to maintain the best prices and quality for our customers. “The cartridges took 13 working days to arrive. And now I can see why they were so cheap - they come from Switzerland at a price of £14.99, 1 penny less than the vat threshold, hence zero vat. I'm also suspicious of the fact that the UK company is registered in Jersey I guess, for tax purposes. For these reasons, I don't think I will be using them again.”
