“The service is always prompt and I have used the cartridge shop for many years. In that time I have onlyu had one issue with one cartridge that didn't work and didn't get any feedback/response from the organisation on a replacement or guidance.”

“I have used Cartridgeshop in the past and naturally I have continued to use them since. They are a professional company with professional attitudes and always put their customers first.Their prices are very competitive and thier delivery process second to none. “I've been a customer for around 5 years, but this time I've purchased from this company last time. I've ordred wrong ink by mistake, paid postage and return. At the end I was refunded only half of the price of the ink because I've opened it, however didn't use it and included original packaging. Refund took ages to receive, as they refunded me to the Cartrigde shop account instead of my debit card, to purchase from them again. Nobody replied to my complaint first time, had to get to them twice to get the response. Absolute disaster, I will never buy here anything again!”

“Whilst my original cartridge replacement order was quickly dispatched to their delivery company, the delivery didn’t happen. The delivery company ( on their tracking system) said the “package was bigger than they’d expected… so would have to sort out a special delivery. Getting nowhere I contacted Lindsay at Cartridge Shop to see if they could sort out ( whatever) the problem was. She was very quick and courteous in her responses and offered to redispatch my order again. She immediately did this and I’ve received the cartridges today… only 3 days ( including the weekend) from redispatch to delivery and receipt. Congratulations on very efficient and effective customer service!”
