“Fast delivery, however unfortunatly one of the inks i ordered was dead on arrival but after calling and talking to Lindsay and Louise for a couple of minuits this was resolved and a replacement is being sent out. They were both friendly, helpfull and able to identify the issue quickly and give a resolution to my problem.”

“Louise at the cartridge Shop made me VERY HAPPY. I tried to replace a compatible HP 364XL ink on the morning of Friday 28th March that I had purchased approx. 18 months ago that was still in its sealed packaging. It would not connect even after almost filling a swear box! So I phoned explained all to Louise and said I had cleaned the chip face and still nothing. No problem, I will send you another cartridge today, it arrived the following morning. with EVRI. Superb service from Louise and the cartridge Shop. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them for prices and service. Many thanks to Louise Kind regards Chris Sparks”
