“The live conversation I had with Monisha on Wednesday the eighth of January was both professional and informative. Monisha has a very good telephone manner, and I felt very comfortable during my chat with her. “A good price and quick delivery even just prior to Christmas Day. A glitch occurred as my printer did not recognise the cartridges when I installed them. The person from the Cartridge Shop, Si B, was very helpful and resolved the issue promptly for me. Very efficiently done.”

“I have used their cartridgs for a number of years they are good quality with quick delivery. Although prices have incresed significantly in the last couple of years they are still competative with similar items from other suppliers.”

“I have ordered from Cartridge Shop in the past and delivery has always been prompt. Good quality ink. During use Epson flags up a message on using ‘non-genuine ink cartridges’ but the compatible inks work perfectly well.”
