“My Canon printer wouldn’t recognise the colour cartridge and locked completely. Phoned customer service to seek advice, turns out I ordered wrong cartridge! With the help of Liam I was able to free the cartridge.He then talked me through the process of returning the black cartridge and ordering the correct ones. Immediately sent me an email with details of what to do.Excellent clear help thank you Liam”

“Had to order colour and black cartridges H-304XL within 10 days As the first cardridges we’re not Working properly despite being fitted In exactly the same way as usual! Wasting time and money.”
