I’ve used Cartridge Shop several time before, and never had a problem. My last order of ink cartridges were all leaking ink when I opened the package. I rang them and the lady was polite and helpful, just asked me to send the photo I had taken of the leaking cartridges and forward it with an email. The problem was dealt with quickly and efficiently after an exchange of emails, replacements were sent immediately, there was quibbling or excuses from them, just a sincere apology. I fully understand problems occur sometimes, but it’s how it’s dealt with shows how good a company is and in this instance Cartridgeshop were excellent. I feel I must mention Emma and Marianne and give them praise for the polite and helpful way they dealt with my problem. Thanks to you both for solving my problem with no stress, you’re a credit to the company. David Bartlett.

I ordered the wrong Canon printer from CartridgeShop only realising my mistake a few hours later. I phoned them and was answered by Alison who could not have been more helpful. Although the order had already been processed through to the warehouse she managed to cancel my order, and organise my refund. What's more, Alison phoned and emailed me to confirm this. I have only bought cartridges from here in the past but I would definitely recommend them for customer service!

The measure of a vendor is not how they perform when things go right (you expect that), but how they perform when there's a problem. Cartridge Ship reacted quickly & clearly, and gave me a good resolution, ensuring I continue to buy from them in future

I received a black cartridge which was included in the pack but was not recognized by the Brother printer and hence could not be used.

I have been using Cartridge Shop for many years (it was recommended to me by a friend), and found the service very efficient. I buy original HP cartridges, and have recently started buying boxes of paper, since my local family-run shop has closed.

Very pleased with the service, but I wish you would stop trying to get the purchaser to buy compatable inks, rather than the originals. I have always found the compatable inks are problematic, and not reliable! Richard Taylor.

I received welcome help re a problem with my printer. Delivery was fast and no problems. am waiting for a return of an item to ne in stock and will use them when i need cartridges
