I’ve used Cartridge Shop several time before, and never had a problem. My last order of ink cartridges were all leaking ink when I opened the package. I rang them and the lady was polite and helpful, just asked me to send the photo I had taken of the leaking cartridges and forward it with an email. The problem was dealt with quickly and efficiently after an exchange of emails, replacements were sent immediately, there was quibbling or excuses from them, just a sincere apology. I fully understand problems occur sometimes, but it’s how it’s dealt with shows how good a company is and in this instance Cartridgeshop were excellent. I feel I must mention Emma and Marianne and give them praise for the polite and helpful way they dealt with my problem.
